Brickyard Plantation
Beautiful BrickYard Plantation recently
won its 5th "Community of the Year" award from the Charleston Homebuilders
Association. It is a community that has preserved the natural beauty of Mount

McLean's Orchard: The
newest neighborhood in Brickyard, McLean's Orchard is a heavily treed area with

Deep Water Home sites: Well,
that speaks for itself.

Daniel's Pointe: A newer,
affordable neighborhood of 52 home sites that offers direct access to the
subdivision's only boat landing.
The Landing: A popular area
nestled in the back, where you can move into Brickyard for the upper $200,000s.
The Colonnade: John Weiland
built homes with their own private entrance. Re-sales begin in the low
$200,000s.
